Just remember you will only see Double trailers in Skandnavian "Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland" and some parts of Germany, they are not allowed by law anywhere else.

No such bundle like that exists that I'm aware, certainly not on Steam. Bundles are sometimes made for certain releases (for example, Iberia DLC will probably get one in the near future when that comes out that includes France DLC), but there is nothing that would include all the main map DLC's. #3.

Ignoring the comment above and in-game warnings, your save will work without DLC. Go to the properties of the game on steam, and on the DLC tab, you can disable the DLCs. I think it may take more than 10 hours just to explore the whole map added by the Going East DLC, its a pretty big addition to the game.
Colorado is probably the single best overall. Wyoming is perfect, but boring for most people. Same with Idaho. Utah is really good, but feels a little dated now, and the 15 feels off due to scale. Personally I'd say colorado but idaho is a close second, specially with the dance for Pedro sign outside twin falls.
