It looks as if the level sensor in the AdBlue tank did not recognise the fill-up. The problem is quite common with the AdBlue systems of all vehicle manufacturers. You yourself have done everything that can be done. A garage must try to reinitialise the AdBlue system using a diagnostic tester. This will force the level sensor to reset the level. AdBlue is stored in a separate tank of the vehicle and should be refilled under normal driving conditions during service according to the maintenance schedule.
