It looks as if the level sensor in the AdBlue tank did not recognise the fill-up. The problem is quite common with the AdBlue systems of all vehicle manufacturers. You yourself have done everything that can be done. A garage must try to reinitialise the AdBlue system using a diagnostic tester. This will force the level sensor to reset the level.
AdBlue is stored in a separate tank of the vehicle and should be refilled under normal driving conditions during service according to the maintenance schedule. The AdBlue tank holds about 4 gallons (about 15.4 liters). AdBlue consumption depends on individual driving style, system operating temperature, and outside air temperature.
As a result of this, Transit Custom payload ranges from just under 700kg to nearly 1,500kg - that's 1.5 tonnes, more than many vans in the large van class above. The exact amount varies with engine type, trim level, fitted equipment and bodysize. The maximum payload rating for the pre-2018 2.0-litre EcoBlue Transit Custom was 1,474kg.
Your usage of AdBlue depends on your vehicle use, load being carried and driving style. As a guide, a tank of AdBlue typically lasts 12,000 to 16,000 km of normal driving for Everest, and 9,000 to 11,000 km for Transit & Transit Custom.Further information can . 119 218 171 330 246 163 205 44 314
